    Rare signature. Inc. Aug. 6th, 1892. No. 108, issued for 50 shares to Harvey Boone on Dec. 28th, 1903 in Bodie. Signed by JS Cain as president and DV Cain as secretary. Pen cancelled. Repaired left edge. JS Cain's signature on these stocks is not common. DV Cain was his son. The Cain family were the stewards of Bodie in the 20th century before it became a national park. Harvey Boone was a general merchandise merchant in Bodie.
