    Nice low numbered certificate, #35.
    The certificate was issued to Dr. Horace M Bellow a prominent Philadelphia PA doctor who was in the University of Pennsylvania Medical Class of 1861. In 1906 he developed and early flying machine, 2 years before the Wright Brothers.  He also held at least one railroad patent.
