Has been displayed. The bell handle is not attached (I'm not sure it ever was). The thing that looks like a chip is actually a glass bleb from the original manufacturing. See photos, ask questions.
Notes:
A shot glass with a "Philadelphia Penn." enameled emblem. It has a Liberty Bell "handle". The glass is standard shot-glass size; the handle is about 2½" × ¾" × ½"
