Trilobite from Morocco

This is an authentic trilobite fossil from Morocco.
Trilobites form one of the earliest known groups of arthropods. The first appearance of trilobites in the fossil record occurred about 521 million years ago, and they roamed the oceans for over 270 million years before beginning a drawn-out decline to extinction, when all trilobite orders disappeared about 252 million years ago. The trilobites were among the most successful of all early animals.
The stone in which this trilobite was embedded has a label which says "The Nature Company, Trilobite, Calimenes, Morocco." However it is appears to be a Drotops rather than a Calymene
The trilobite measures 5.5 inches long and 3 inches wide.  Including the surrounding stone it is 6.5 inches long by 4.5 inches wide by 3.25 inches high.
