    The company is founded in 1910 in Brussels  . SOFINA (The electric conglomerate from AEG)bough in 1910 the previous electric company in Rosario at the British group "Morrison".

    SOFINA also had its first electricity company in Argentina, the Société d'Electricité de Rosario, founded in Belgium in 1910 from the previous purchase of the electricity owned dealership British group Morrison.
