***Please note the chain is not included. I wanted to show that a chain can be threaded through the bar that separates the top of the two wings. A decent sized chain can be used, it just can't have a very large end that hooks into the clasp. See picture of gap with bar.***
This is an adorable butterfly with wonderful detail to the wings, body, antennae, in addition the top of the wings separate to look very life-like. There are 6 bezel set solid black opals on the wings that range from 4mm round to 7x5mm. They have wonderful blue, green, and some red fire to them! All opals are in perfect condition and are very colorful with little light needed!
The butterfly measures 2" x 1".
This brooch is in excellent vintage condition and guaranteed sterling.
It would make a wonderful addition to anyone's collection.
