RIVER CITY BLUES SOCIETY PEORIA RIVERFRONT BLUES FESTIVAL Tacker Cardboard Billboard. This is an original advertisement tacker from the 1990's RIVERFRONT BLUES FESTIVAL that I obtained from the estate of the promoter. I will also be listing other similar tackers from other years of the same festival. This one has a water stain on the top back that isn't noticed on the front. Corners are a little bent, but this should frame up nicely. Measures 17"x26". It will be shipped rolled up in a tube via USPS MEDIA MAIL, usually within 1 business day.
