Exclusive, sold-out run of Artist Lao Ganbu's twist on the traditional Maneki-neko or "Fortune Cat". This is the 15 cm high, resin version, each individually hand-painted and numbered (183/1000).
Lao Ganbu is the nom de plume of a retired, reclusive official turned artist, who spent his formative years in China during and after the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution.
