Rare complete shrimps Teallioceras sp; Lower Carboniferous, Edinburgh, UK

Offered from a former teaching collection, and from the celebrated Lower Carboniferous; Dinantian 'Konservat-lagerstatte' of Granton Harbor, Edinburgh, is a fine essentially complete triple example of the shrimp
Teallioceras
sp., finely preserved in white mineralisation. The site is today protected.
Some appendages and a full segmented abdomen and the telson are preserved in detail on the two larger specimens, which overlap each other............a third smaller  specimen  is essentially complete and will prepare further too. A remarkable legacy of early Carboniferous life. Matrix approx.12cm X 7cm X 1cm.
No reserve for a fine aquatic carboniferous arthropod slate from a world famous locality..........
