Offered from the Middle Silurian, Wenlock Series, Coalbrookdale Fm. of Coalbrookdale, Shropshire, England, is a 2cm complete and prone
Acastocephala macrops
(Salter, 1864).
With almost all of the original dark shell material intact and with both eyes intact, this is an impressive example of an uncommon and localised  Acastomorph species. Much of the original 3D relief is preserved too. Matrix approx.8cm X 5cm X 3.5cm.
No reserve for such a crisp example of this classic British species............with shell material intact!
