    Description

I had the pleasure of meeting and hearing Janis in the 60's. Some of those performances were in very small intimate venue's such as coffee houses and a bars. She was something!  Artist Lennie Jones has captured her again, this time with a different softness yet honesty, that I really love. PLEASE NOTE: While my posters listed herein are from actual events publicly well documented , they are not intended as "Official" "Historical"or "Vintage" documentation of the venue listed. They are specifically intended to honor the incredible musicians & venues herein, many of which I've gigged before, often with the musicians shown. What a blessing! The original poster Art is from reknowned Evergades Folk Artist Lennie Jones, and we are real proud to be the only licensed store offering these reproductions of Lennies' unique work. Have mercy! The layout, graphics & poster design are created by myself right here in Texas. Thanks y'all for lookin'! Cadillac Johnson
I've asked my good friend nationally acclaimed Everglades Folk Artist Lennie Jones to do a series of original paintings for me, all based on my fondest memories & gig's I've done, as well as some I could kick myself for missin'!. With Lennies' wonderful & soulful images & my own graphics collaboration, I've created these unique pieces offered here. Please note that Janis Joplin , is a fully copyrighted and protected original image & may not be reproduced in any manner without specific written permission from Johnson-Jones Blues Collaborations, Inc. Thanks for lookin'!
