So we can complete the shown design. Example in first listing image:

If the corresponding information is not available, we will use the DEFAULT value. If buyer doesn't leave personalization detail and doesn't respond to our request, we have to cancel the order.
If you don't need personalization, please leave note "NO CUSTOMIZATION" and we will send the product as it is.
We do not automatically send proof. But please leave a note of "REQUEST PROOF" if you need one. If a proof is requested, the handling time will be extended for 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping

Standard shipping is 10-20 day for SMALL sized box, 20-40 days for MEDIUM/LARGE sized box. (Due to the size of package the shipping service will take longer).
If proof requested, another 3-5 days will add to the handling time.
Acrylic is a fragile material. Please order at least 1 month before your event. We will try out best to securely package it. But if the package was damaged upon arrival please contact us for a replacement.

Due to the nature of customized products, we DO NOT accept return or replacement unless the item is proven to be faulty. Please read the listing description thoroughly and leave all necessary information (we will print exactly as you input so please pay attention to the spelling/caps). But please contact us if there's any question regarding your order.
