    This pen is new.  It was purchased and placed in my collection.
    Parker was always great for using their own vehicle to advertise their products.  This pen was made by Parker to be used at the Quality Expo in 1990.
    with the Parker Vector pen, the Parker pen company was able to showcase their ability to put multiple colors and designs on a pen, hence their advertising a "billboard in you pocket".  This pen is a great example of that.
    This is a very nice looking pen that accepts Parker rollerball refills that can be purchased at many stationery stores.
    This auction includes a fresh rollerball cartridge.
