Fair condition. The major flaw is that it was once folded in half, with the fold running vertically. The card does lay flat now. It has slight soiling of the front. There is slight wear along the edges. On the back of the card, a prior owner has written the proprietor's name and address in pencil. (See Item Description.) Please see photos. Sold as is.
