    Description

    CLEMENT STUDEBAKER, JR.
    (1871-1932).  Studebaker, Jr. was the son of wagon and automobile manufacturer, and he was the president of the Illinois Power and Light Company.
    Stock certificate. 13 ½” x 9 ¾”. August 20, 1926. No place.  A North American Light and Power Company stock certificate that was made out to W.A. Baehr for 2,133 shares.  On the back, it is signed by

    W.A. Baehr

    and it states that Baehr assigned all the shares to Clement Studebaker, Jr.  The stock has some revenue stamps attached on the verso and is punch cancelled.  The stock has light browning and a central fold.
