Participants in our program learn job discovery, team work, crew work and skill building. Supported employment is a system of support for people with disabilities in regards to ongoing employment with a variety of work assignments. Our participants work on dismantling electronics and sorting materials for further processing.
Please note all computers/laptops have a new microsoft license attatched to them, you will be the first owner of the software on the item, you will need to activate it with the product code on the sticker. We are a microsoft Authorized refurbisher. The software has never been used before.

A Grade: Good Condition.
Item has passed testing for key and essential functions. A Grade items will have only minor surface blemishes that can be seen but not felt. These blemishes will be less than 3” long. Screens will not have any visible marks or blemishes.
P Grade: Power On Tested.
Item has been powered on only; No further testing has been done. Items may show wear and tear as listed in Grades A, B and C above. These items do not carry any warranty of any kind. RenTek will not list items that it deems may be not functioning, All items Graded condition P are believed to be in good working order.
Laptops:
B Grade: Blemished.
Item has passed testing for key and essential functions. B Grade items will have minor wear and will have more obvious blemishes than our A Grade products. You may find dents of ½” diameter or less, small areas of discoloration from removed tags and stickers, and scratches that are no more than 3” long but may have removed a bit of paint and might be able to be felt with your finger. Any keys, track pads, and mouse buttons may have some wear and shine. Screens may have minor surface blemishes that can be seen when the display is off (For example, screens could have small scuffs, other minor marks less than ¼” long, and keyboard rubs on laptop screens). B Grade units are offered at a higher discount than A Grade items.
Desktops:
B Grade: Blemished.

Any latches or hinges may be damaged or broken, and there may be missing or damaged plastic panels, bezels, and covers. Surface blemishes on screens may be larger and more plentiful than those found on Grade B items, and there may also be up to five dead or stuck pixels when the display is on. C Grade units enjoy a deeper discount than B Grade items.
All Computers and laptops contain a "warranty void" sticker on the case. Removing the “Warranty VOID if removed” sticker from the computer/ laptop automatically voids the warranty. Opening the case on a computer or Laptop automatically voids the warranty and the item cannot be returned under any circumstances.
We offer a 90 day warranty on all hardware issues for our desktop computers (Laptops, AIO units, Monitors and all other items sold have a 30 day warranty) beginning on the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, improper installation, operation or maintenance, improper connections with peripherals and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by RenTek, or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship.
Laptop batteries are tested for 15 minutes, they will more than likely hold a longer charge however we only warranty them to last 15 minutes.
It is our goal to provide you the best experience possible with our store and our products. If you experience any difficulties, please contact our customer service department. If your problem cannot be resolved by our service department, we will arrange to receive your item back from you for repair or replacement. All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us.
Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty.

After 14 days buyers are responsible for shipping fees for any malfunctioning items. RMA numbers will be issued once the item is claimed for warranty. All returns must include all original items undamaged, in original condition, with original packaging unless instructed otherwise by our customer service department. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
All expedited shipping, handling and insurance charges are additional and non-refundable. All returns for non-defective reasons (e.g. customer changed mind) are subject to a 20% restocking fee, minimum .95. This fee does not apply to defective product returned within the RenTek dealer warranty period. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to RenTek are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals and accessories.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
