    and one
    RIGHT channel
    , as seen in photos.
Each cable is built to order here in Minnesota with its specific electrical specs recorded right on every package!
Now, I understand what you're seeing here is a stark departure from the silver plated, rhodium tipped, cryogenically treated cables next door.
It's a bit boring really, but the fact is that
no cable can add anything to your music, only remove it
(via high capacitance).  The goal of my cables is to remove the
    absolute least amount possible
and let your speakers do the talking instead
.  Telling you this sure ain't as sexy as selling cables made from
99.99999% pure silver-core unicorn hairs, but when the rubber meets the road, my cables would outperform those in electrical and audio waveform benchmarks any day of the week anyway -- without the extra zeroes after the dollar sign.
If you're interested in the details, there is a wealth of information online (which I can't link you to here, thanks eBay) by
    commercial wire manufacturers
    ,
    professional reviewers
    and
    electrical engineers
alike who aren't trying to sell something, collectively emphasizing that only two specifications matter in analog interconnects:
    Capacitance
    and
    Shielding.
BTW, the whole Cryogenic treating myth goes back over 50 years which too
    has been debunked
    .  No audible differences exist.
Like me, you've probably never seen capacitance or shielding numbers listed in your search for a set of great RCA cables.  Maybe companies believe
    most people
find them 'boring' so those figures are left out.
Well, you wouldn't be here if you had the critical thinking ability of
    most people
    , so let's find out!
    Cable Tests
    Resistance:
    Lower is better
Nice to have, low resistance indicates thicker wire with improved mechanical strength
    Capacitance:
    Lower is better
Capacitance is an actual electrical specification: the ability to hold a charge.  Lower capacitance means less of your audio is absorbed by the cable, creating more accurate treble and less frequency roll-off
    Shielding:
    More is better
Braided shielding for EMI, foil shielding for RFI. Together these shields yield excellent full-spectrum protection in a cable to block out external noise sources. Two braided shields are also effective, but do create a thicker cable.
    Lower numbers are better!
All cables tested were 6 foot lengths:
    Shielding Comparisons
RCA cables send low voltage signals (~2 Volts) and as such are susceptible to radiated EM and RF interference from higher voltage sources and radio broadcasts nearby. Shielding is a simple and effective solution, acting as a Faraday cage grounded to the sleeve of the RCA plug and protecting the audio inside by shunting interference.
The ideal shield combination for full-spectrum noise rejection is a
foil shield wrapped in a high-coverage braid
, and that is exactly what you're getting here:
A common theme I see perpetuated online is that shielding is bad and degrades the signal.  Sometimes I even see "no shielding!" like it's some sort of feature.  What they're (erroneously) saying is that shielding = high capacitance.  However the meter readings are clear: professional-grade components and experienced craftsmanship deliver both low capacitance and noise rejection results that buck those trends -- and if you ask me, don't look half bad doing it, either.
    Terms of Sale
Please allow 48 hours for your cable(s) to be built, tested, capacitance/resistance measured and shipped.  I make every effort to ship cables no later than two days following purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied I offer a 14-day return policy as well!
    Shipping Information
Ships to the continental USA via USPS First Class & to Canada via USPS First Class Int'l.
Canadian buyers: for cables 1-6ft, shipping cost is USD.  8-12ft is USD.  Expect to see a small refund for the difference if purchasing a shorter cable!
