Textured manila card stock, color litho art is tipped on the cover leaf, shows a young girl gathering flowers and smiling at a bluebird. Titling in the art identifies the illustrator as "Lockhart"; small print reads: "THE BLUEBIRD OF GLADNESS" in one lower corner and "
COPYRIGHT THE GERLACH BARKLOW CO. JOLIET, ILL U.S.A
" in the other.
Inside is an ad for the Community State Bank of Grandville and Hudsonville, (Michigan). The 1955 calendar is complete, beginning with January, original staples secure the pad below the ad. Some age spotting appears at the top fold front and back.
