performances at the Hippodrome de Paris in Paris [France] on 17th, 18th & 19th May, 1982, presented by Zero Productions. The three shows in Paris were part of a lengthy European tour during May, June and July in support of the
Ship Arriving Too Late to Save a Drowning Witch
album, recorded at Zappa’s own Utility Muffin Reserach Kitchen studio and released on 3rd May, 1982 on the Barking Pumpkin label. The album featured the hit single “Valley Girl”, co-written with his daughter, Moon Unit Zappa, who provided the spoken monologue mocking some of the Valley girls at her school.
The poster measures 29.8 x 49.8 cm (approx. 11.7 by 19.6 inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, coated paper stock. Light edge wear/discoloration to the center of the right side border, else in near excellent unfolded condition.
