Fossil Trilobite Tracks
Close to 20 inches of tracks on this example. All of it around 1/8" wide and on a couple of the high spots near the center are just a few tracks left by a Sea Scorpion (Eurypterid), the trilobites main predator.
There are several mud portals where the trilobites would escape into when threatened. These look like small indentations in the mud that were entrances to the sub surface Rusophycus burrows.
Approx. Size 10" wide by 8" tall
Stand is about 9 1/2" tall
