The center top has an illustrated portrait image of the company founders; each is for 100 shares; each reads Incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, The Lehigh Coal and Navigation Company, Common Stock without nominal or par value, printed by American Bank Note Company; dated March 31, 1938. The opposite side of each has printed at the top "Power of Attorney Attached to Certificate No. P52183. Each names Fidelity Philadelphia Trust Co, Substituted Trustee Under Deed Dated December 39, 1922 of Charles C. Harrison, Known As C.C.H. trust. Each is stamped Transferred Jun 3, 1940 Lehigh Coal & Nav.
