This impressive trilobite is wonderfully articulated and exhibits great detail. The very small eyes are easily seen, and the short genal spines are clearly defined.
Almost all of the triangular pleurons and sharp pygidial spines have been prepared free-standing - WOW!
The extremely 3-dimensional bug has fantastic natural color and contrast and displays beautifully on the sculpted limestone base. This is a very aesthetic and collectible example of this distinctive Devonian trilobite that has been prepared in a free-standing manner.
