This bizarre bryozoan colony attached itself to the ocean floor with the spiraling fronds in an upward position. The strange fossil is very 3-dimensional and exhibits very nice detail. The distinct fossil is beautifully centered on the large, semi-squared matrix plate. This is an extremely large, textbook display example of this unique-looking fossil.
