This is a stunning antique opal and 14K yellow gold brooch measuring 1 1/2 inches (39.2 MM) wide by 1 1/4 inches (33.4 MM) long with a hidden bail, enabling it to also be worn as a pendant. The brooch is prong set with seven (7) round opals totaling .90CT and with a large, center, oval 1.45CTS opal measuring 9 MM by 7.5 MM by 3.7 MM deep. That makes the total in all natural, genuine opals with no chips or cracks 2.35CTS. The brooch features a filigree design with beaded and rope textured details and has a secure pin back with a lock. It is marked, tested and guaranteed 14K and has been professionally cleaned and lightly polished. The brooch weighs 6.8 grams and might also make a great gift for that someone special with an October birthday as that month's birthstone is the opal. 27526
