    Description

    For your consideration
Vintage 1970s era Mexican Serape Baja poncho hippie vest covered in various years of Y-Indian Guides Father & Son event patches. This is the “father” vest - I do not have the sons. None are dated. Nice vintage serape vest.
    PATCHES:
Northwest YMCA Indian Guides Father Son banquet
    northwest year of the warrior
    Year of the turtle
    Year of the beaver
    Northwest San Antonio winter campout
    Skill-a-Rama
    Pinewood derby
    Father and son pals forever
    Spring campout
    Fall campout
    District pow wow
Pre owned, shows general wear. Overall nice but does have faint patina and age discoloration in areas. Snags/pulls in areas, fraying near bottom. Patches are just hand stitched if you want to remove them it would be easy. Has not been recently cleaned due to the patches but seems like it was put away clean.
Fits like a modern men’s m , large or xl depending how you like the fit
Shown on a men’s size large mannequin and it doesn’t fully cover the chest - if you want it more closed it’s good for medium if you want it worn more open then l/xl
    Measures approximately
    31” top to bottom
    22” across shoulders
    23” pit to pit
